Mounting the power cable chain
• Cut the power cable chain to the
required length. The new chain must
not be shorter than the old one!
• Open the guard flaps on the power
cable chain (1).
• Snap the connecting link (2) with
holes (3) into the power cable chain.
• Screw-fasten the connecting link (2)
to the bracket on the carriage.
Do not twist the cables. Do not
pull a cable directly up off the head of
a coil (4).
• Lay the cables in neatly. The slightly
thinner cable for the encoder system
(ø 5) must be in the center!
• The cables must not be pinched at any
point within the power cable chain.
Make sure that all separating webs (5)
are properly aligned.
• Fasten the cables to the connecting link
using cable ties.
• Put all the guard flaps (6) on the power
cable chain. Pay attention to the posi-
tion of the noses (7) – don't turn them
in other direction (8)!
• Close all the guard flaps on the power
cable chain.
• Screw the connecting link (9) with the
spigot (10) to the mounting bracket
(11) on the frame.
• Move the power cable chain round until
it meets the connecting link (9) on the
frame. The minimum bending radius is
48 mm. Observe the correct installation
clearance! ! 3.2
• Snap the connecting link into the power
cable chain.
• Shift the carriage so that the top half of
the power cable chain loop is as long
as possible.
The cables must be able to run
freely inside the power cable chain. They
must not drag against either the inner or
the outer surface (12, 13).
• If necessary, shift the mounting bracket
(11).
• Fasten the cables to the connecting link
(9) using cable ties.
Lay the motor cable at a distance
from the two encoder cables! ! 6.6.2

Montage du guide porte-câbles
• Mettre le guide porte-câbles à lon-
gueur. Le nouveau guide ne doit pas
être plus court que l'ancien !
• Ouvrir le guide porte-câbles (1).
• Enclipser la pièce de raccordement (2)
avec des trous (3) dans le guide porte-
câbles.
• Visser la pièce de raccordement (2) à
l'équerre de fixation sur le plateau.
Ne pas vriller les câbles, ne pas
tirer les câbles d'un enroulement par le
haut (4).
• Poser les câbles soigneusement. Poser
le câble un peu plus fin (ø 5) du sys-
tème de mesure au milieu !
• Dans le guide porte-câbles, les câbles
ne doivent pas être serrés les uns con-
tre les autres. Aligner toutes les sépa-
rations (5).
• Fixer le câble sur la pièce de raccorde-
ment par des fixations de câbles.
• Poser le couvercle (6) sur le guide
porte-câbles. A cette occasion, vérifier
la position des ergots (7) – pas dans ce
sens (8) !
• Refermer le guide porte-câbles.
• Fixer la pièce de raccordement (9) avec
le tourillon (10) sur l'équerre de fixation
(11) du corps principal.
• Guider le guide porte-câbles vers la
pièce de raccordement (9) du corps
principal. Le rayon de courbure mini-
mum est de 48 mm. Tenir compte de la
place nécessaire au montage ! ! 3.2
• Enclipser la pièce de raccordement
dans le guide porte-câbles.
• Déplacer le plateau pour que la partie
supérieure du guide porte-câbles soit
le plus long possible.
Les câbles doivent pouvoir se
déplacer librement dans le guide porte-
câbles. Ils ne doivent pas toucher le côté
intérieur ou extérieur (12, 13) dans la
courbure.
• Le cas échéant, déplacer l'équerre de
fixation (11).
• Fixer le câble à la pièce de raccorde-
ment (9) à l'aide de fixations de câbles.
Conserver un certain écart entre
le câble moteur et les deux câbles des
capteurs ! ! 6.6.2

Montare la catena porta-cavi
• Determinare la lunghezza della catena
porta-cavi. La nuova catena non deve
essere più corta della precedente!
• Porre la catena porta-cavi in un posto
dove si possano agevolmente sganciare
i coperchietti (1).
• Agganciare l'attacco terminale mobile
(2) con fori (3) nella catena porta-cavi.
• Avvitare l'attacco terminale mobile (2)
alla squadretta di fissaggio della tavola.
Non torcere il cavo; se è avvolto come
in figura, non distenderlo tirando l'estremità
(4) perché rimarrebbe sotto torsione.
• Introdurre i cavi ordinatamente. Collo-
care al centro il cavo di minor diametro,
normalmente quello del sistema di mi-
surazione (ø 5)!
• I cavi non devono rimanere bloccati in
nessun punto della catena porta-cavi.
Pertanto mettere a punto tutti i traver-
sini di separazione (5).
• Fissare i cavi all'attacco terminale con
le fascette.
• Poggiare i coperchietti (6) sulla catena
porta-cavi facendo attenzione che le
alette (7) dei coperchietti non siano
disposta come mostra la fig. 8!
• Chiudere la catena porta-cavi con i
coperchietti.
• Avvitare l'attacco terminale fisso (9)
con perno (10) alla squadretta (11) col-
legata con il profilato di base.
• Posizionare l'estremità della catena
porta-cavi sull'attacco terminale fisso
(9) collegato al profilato di base. Il
raggio minimo di curvatura è di 48 mm.
Osservare lo spazio d'ingombro! ! 3.2
• Agganciare l'estremità della catena
porta-cavi con l'attacco terminale fisso.
• Spostare la tavola in modo che la parte
superiore della catena porta-cavi rag-
giunga la massima lunghezza.
I cavi devono potersi muovere
liberamente nella catena. Nella zona di
flessione non devono urtare contro il lato
interno o esterno (12, 13).
• Se necessario, spostare la squadretta
di fissaggio (11).
• Fissare i cavi all'attacco terminale fisso
(9) con le fascette.
Posare il cavo di potenza manten-
endo una certa distanza dai due cavi;
quello dell'encoder lineare e quello del
sensore Hall! ! 6.6.2
