8.2 Replacing the Bellows
Read safety notes!

Switch off the power supply!
The permanent magnet field of
the Linear Module LKL is invisible. It
can abruptly attract objects made of
iron.
F When installing the equipment,
always use non-magnetic tools, e.g.
made from stainless steel.
Removing the bellows
• Remove the screws from the end plate.
• Compress the bellows and pull them
up.
F The mounting frame of the bellows
stays fixed to the end plate. There should
be a gap of 1.5 mm between the frame
and the end plate.
• Use one hand to hold the bellows back
and the other to hold the screwdriver.
Loosen, but do not remove, the screws
under the bellows.
• Lift out the bellows.
F The mounting frame of the bellows
stays fixed to the carriage. There should be
a gap of 1.5 mm between the frame and
the carriage.

8.2 Remplacement du soufflet

Couper l'alimentation électrique!
Le champ magnétique permanent
du module linéaire LKL est invisible et
attire les objets en fer de manière
brutale.
F Lors du montage, utiliser des outils
non magnétiques, par exemple en acier
inoxydable.
Démontage du soufflet
• Desserrer les vis de la plaque
d'extrémité.
• Comprimer le soufflet et le retirer
vers le haut.
F Le cadre de fixation du soufflet reste
sur la plaque d'extrémité. Un espace de
1,5 mm doit exister entre le cadre et la
plaque d'extrémité.
• Maintenir le soufflet éloigné d'une
main et guider le tournevis. Desserrer
la vis située sous le soufflet, ne pas la
dévisser entièrement.
• Retirer le soufflet en le soulevant.
F Le cadre de fixation du soufflet
demeure sur le plateau. Un espace de
1,5 mm doit exister entre le cadre et le
plateau.

8.2 Sostituire il soffietto

Staccare la corrente!
Il campo magnetico permanente
del Linearmodulo non si vede e attira
all'improvviso oggetti in ferro.
F Per il montaggio utilizzare attrezzi
non magnetici, ad esempio in acciaio inox.
Smontare il soffietto
• Allentare le viti che si trovano nella
testata d'estremità.
• Comprimere il soffietto ed estrarlo
verso l'alto.
F Il telaio di fissaggio del soffietto
rimane sulla testata d'estremità. Fra telaio
e testata d'estremità ci dovrebbe essere
uno spazio di 1,5 mm.
• Con una mano tenere lontano il
soffietto ed infilare il cacciavite.
Allentare, senza estrarla, la vite
disposta sotto il soffietto.
• Togliere il soffietto sollevandolo.
F Il telaio di fissaggio del soffietto
rimane sulla testata della tavola
d'estremità. Fra telaio e testata della
tavola ci dovrebbe essere uno spazio
di 1,5 mm.
