MaxiCO
OL Compact peuvent être équipés

d'une fonction de climatisation.
La fonction est réalisée grâce à un échangeur
placé en sortie de vanne de détente HP.
La présence du ou des compresseurs ECO
permet de disposer d'une certaine capacité
de climatisation (les gaz générés par l'échan-
geur de climatisation sont comprimés par les
compresseurs ECO).
Attention : Il est nécessaire d'ajouter le
besoin en climatisation à la puissance déjà
nécessaire pour le fonctionnement en mode
ECO.
Un régime d'eau de type 12-7°C est tout a
fait adapté à ce type de fonctionnement (La
température d'évaporation sera entre 0 et
+3°C)
Il est impératif d'utiliser de l'eau glycolée
pour éviter tout risque de prise en glace dans
l'échangeur.
L'échangeur de climatisation est monté sur la
centrale en sortie de la vanne de détente HP.
De ce fait la totalité du débit de la centrale
passe au travers de cet échangeur.
Il convient de prévoir une vanne mélangeuse
en sortie de cet échangeur afin de réguler la
température de la boucle d'eau froide. (hors
fourniture)
La puissance maxi pour ce type de fonction-
nement dépend de la puissance disponible au
niveau des compresseurs ECO.

Upon request, the MaxiCO
be equipped with an air conditioning function.
This function is possible by adding a brazed
plate heat exchanger located at the outlet of
the HP valve.
The ECO compressor/-s allow to offer a
certain refrigeration capacity to perform air
conditioning (the evaporated refrigerant is
then compressed by the ECO compressors)
Warning: to properly size the ECO
compressor, it is necessary to add the air
conditioning load to the already required
capacity for ECO mode operation.
A typical A/C water loop of 12-7 °C is
generally suitable for this type of operation
(evaporation temperature is between 0 and +
3 ° C)
It is mandatory to use brine in the A/C loop
to prevent ice build-up in the heat exchanger.
The heat exchanger for A/C cooling is
mounted on the rack at the outlet of the HP
expansion valve. Therefore the entire mass
flow of the unit passes through this exchanger.
It is necessary to provide a mixing valve at
the outlet of this exchanger to regulate the
temperature of the chilled water loop. (Out of
scope of supply)
Maximum A/C capacity for this type of system
depends on the available capacity of the ECO
compressors.

Klimatisierungsfunktion ausgestattet werden.
Die Funktion wird durch einen Wärmetauscher
nach dem HD-Regelventil realisiert.
Das Vorhandensein von einem oder mehreren
ECO-Verdichter(n) ermöglicht es, eine
gewisse Klimatisierungsleistung zur
Verfügung zu stellen (das bei der
Klimatisierung verdampfte Kältemittel wird
durch die ECO-Verdichter verdichtet).
Achtung: zur richtigen Auslegung des ECO-
Verdichters ist es notwendig, die
Klimaleistung zu der, für den ECO-Betrieb
erforderlichen Leistung hinzuzufügen.
Wassertemperaturen von 12-7°C sind genau
für diese Art der Anwendung geeignet
(Verdampfungstemperatur liegt zwischen 0
und +3 °C).
Es muss ein Wasser-Glykol-Gemisch
verwendet werden, um jegliche Gefahr von
Vereisung im Wärmetauscher zu verhindern.
Der Wärmetauscher zur Klimatisierung ist im
Kältesystem am Ausgang des HD-Regelventils
montiert. Damit strömt der gesamte
Massenstrom des Kältesystems durch
diesen Wärmetauscher.
Es sollte ein Mischventil am Ausgang dieses
Wärmetauschers vorgesehen werde, um die
Temperatur des Kaltwasserkreislaufs zu
regeln. (nicht Teil des Lieferumfangs).
Die max. Leistung für diese Art von Betrieb
hängt von der verfügbaren Leistung bei den
ECO-Verdichtern ab.
