MACHINE LONG INACTIVITY

If the machine is not going to be used for more than 30
days, proceed as follows:
– Check that the machine storage area is dry and
clean.
– Disconnect the battery connector (6, Fig. U).
– Slightly lift the machine so that the skirts, the main
broom and the wheels do not touch the ground.
– If the optional battery charger (7, Fig. U) is installed,
disconnect the positive terminal (+) directly from the
battery (+) pole.

FIRST PERIOD OF USE

After the first period of use (first 8 hours) it is necessary to
carry out the following procedures:
1. Check the machine fastening and connecting parts
for proper tightening.
2. Check the visible parts for integrity and leakage.

MAINTENANCE

The lifespan of the machine and its maximum operating
safety are ensured by correct and regular maintenance.
The following table provides the scheduled maintenance.
The intervals shown may vary according to particular
working conditions, which are to be defined by the person
in charge of the maintenance.
WARNING!
To carry out maintenance procedures,
switch off the machine (remove the key
from the ignition switch) and, if necessary,
disconnect the batteries.
Moreover, carefully read the instructions in
the Safety paragraph.
All scheduled or extraordinary maintenance procedures
must be performed by qualified personnel, or by an
authorised Service Center.
This Manual describes only the easiest and most common
maintenance procedures.
NOTE
For other maintenance procedures contained
in the Scheduled Maintenance Table, refer to
the Service Manual that can be consulted at
any Service Center.
