Dismounting / mounting of temperature sensors

Disconnection and connection, respectively, must be carried out by a skilled electrician only.

Notice!
The heating plates are each equipped additionally with a Fe-CuNi temperature sensor. The sensors are
fixtures that can not be removed.

Mounting
– Use high-temperature metallic paste "Unimoly HTC-Metallic" by Klüber to skim the thread of the
screwed nipple and handscrew it.
– In order to reach an optimum heat transfer, apply heat-conducting paste onto the tip of the tempera­
ture sensor (1).
– Plug in the sensor (1) and lock it with the bayonet catch (2).

Caution!
Apply prestress when mounting the sensor.
– In order to increase the prestress, turn the bayonet catch (2) to move it in direction "X" .

Dismounting
– Unlock bayonet catch (2) and pull out together with the measuring sensor (1).
– Unscrew screwed nipple.
