Risk of injury!
If malfunctions are disregarded and/or removed only insufficiently, serious to
lethal injuries can occur.
Ø Never put the vacuum pump in operation again after it has been switched off
automatically without unequivocally finding out the reason for this shut-off
and remedying it.

Elimination
Check by qualified electrician
Use a motor protection switch
with an overload-dependent
turn-off delay that consid-
ers the short excess current
at start up (version with short
circuit and overload trigger
as per VDE 0660 Part 102 or
IEC 60947-4-1)
Unlock the Emergency Stop
button
Switch on release switch
Check the status LED on the
frequency converter. If neces-
sary, disconnect the converter
from the power supply for 30 s
Wait until pressure has
reached the minimum pressure
and restarts automatically. If
necessary, ventilate system.
Clean / replace the micro filter Chapter 7.2.2
Check the hose and/or the
pipe
Check the pipework and screw
connections for leaks and
check for tight fit
Re-scale pressure sensor
