Change of the reflux filter

The reflux filter is to be changed in regular time intervals. It is advisable to change the filter in the
course of an oil change (Order code: F3 / Oil filter).
Filter change:
•
Switch off the hydraulic.
•
Make the system pressure-free.
•
Loosen and remove the filter cover.
•
Remove and dispose the filter element.
•
Set the filter element in filter head.
•
Screw on the filter cover.

Check and change of the high pressure filter

The contamination indicator of the high pressure filter is to be checked in regular time intervals.
If a red colour at the optical contamination indicator is visible during the operation, then the filter is to
be exchanged absolutely. Otherwise we recommends to change the filter in the course of an oil
change (Order code: F3 / High Pressure Oil filter).
Filter change:
•
Switch off the hydraulic.
•
Make the system pressure-free.
•
Empty the filter housing (if possible).
•
Loosen and remove the filter housing in clockwise direction.
•
Remove and dispose the filter element.
•
Check the O-ring and if necessary renew the ring.
Moisten the sealing ring with clean system liquid,
set the filter element in filter head afterwards.
•
Screw on the filter housing in co unter clockwise direction and tighten it with the prescribed
suit torque (60-70ft.lbs).
•
Make sure that the system is leakage free!
