5.3 Maintenance of hydraulic plants

WARNING!
Maintenance at hydraulic plants may be implemented only by qualified
personnel. Only with suitable protective clothing and only at switched off and
pressure-free machine work.
5.3.1

Check the hydraulic fluid level

The level of hydraulic fluid must be checked in regular time intervals. An oil sight glass is at the tank
of the hydraulic aggregate. The hydraulic aggregate is behind the lateral cover.

Exceeding the required hydraulic fluid level will result in an increase in
operating temperature and an accumulation of air which may cause the pump to
fail due to cavitation.
