1.5 Structural changes at the machine

Arbitrary structural changes at the machine without permission of the manufacturer are forbidden.
All planned changes must be authorised in writing by the manufacturer.
Use only original replacement parts / original wearing parts / original accessories. These parts are
specially designed for the machine. With bought-in parts there is no guarantee that they have been
designed and built to comply with the stress and safety requirements of the machine.
Parts and special fittings which were not supplied by us are also not approved by us for use in/on the
machine.

1.6 Safety stipulations during the lifetime phases of the machine

1.6.1

Transport, setting up and installation

The machine may be transported and installed only by authorized and trained personnel, which can
know the manual and work afterwards!
For the transport and installation work the following points are to be considered:
•
Check on receipt whether you have received the machine complete and undamaged. Inform
the manufacturer immediately if you have any complains. Never start the machine before all
defects have been rectified.
•
Lift the machine only at the lifting points provided. Use only lifting gear in good condition with
sufficient lifting capacity for this purpose. Observe the weight details
•
Check the electrical and hydraulically devices for damage before you switch on the machine.
•
Switch the machine current and pressure-free, before you shut-down and dismantle it.
