Normal operation

The machine may only be operated by authorized and trained personnel, which can know the manual
and work afterwards!
Before starting familiarise yourself sufficiently with
•
the machine's operating and control elements
•
the equipment of the machine
•
the function of the machine
•
the safety devices of the machine
•
the immediate environment of the machine
Before each starting the following activities are to be performed:
•
Check to make sure that all safety devices are fitted and functioning
•
Check the machine for visible damage; any defects found must be corrected immediately or
reported to the supervisor - the machine may only be operated if it is free of faults
•
Make sure that only authorised persons remain within the operating area of the machine and
that no other persons are endangered when the machine is started up
•
All objects and other materials which are not required for operation of the machine must be
removed from the machine's operating area
During the operation the following points are to be considered:
•
During the operation of the machine no safety devices may be removed or set out of function.
•
The operation mode of the machine may be changed only by authorized persons and in
agreement with the intended use
•
During operation the machine may be served only by a person. If aids are necessary with large
work pieces, you must hold both hands outside of the danger area of the work piece.
