Possible remedy
Allow switched-on machine to cool down for a
few minutes.
Check mains voltage
Check connection of the workpiece cable and
ground clip
Check and replace Lorchnet cable or machine
water cooling
Use gas-cooled torch (recognised by bridge be-
tween the contacts 4 and 5 on the torch plug)
Inform Service
Check or replace torch and remote control
Allow torch to cool down for a few minutes
Inform Service
Check mains voltage
Torches and electrode holders must not have
electrical contact to the ground cable (short
circuit) when switched on
