Special functions

Gas test
Turn the unit OFF using main switch 9.

Press the torch key and keep it pressed.
Â
Turn the unit ON using main switch 9.
Â
The solenoid valve of the unit will go on

and the gas supply can be tested/adjus-
ted. The function is active for 30 seconds
and will be automatically stopped. Re-
pressing the torch key. can interrupt the
gas test.
Fan test
Turn the unit ON using main switch 9.
Â
The fan will start for function purposes.

Operation panel test
Press the mode key 60 for at least 5 se-

conds.
All operation displays will flash for approx.

20 seconds.

Messages

During operational faults/malfunction , the
7-segment display 47 displays an error
code.

Note
Selected programme number does
not exist.
Instead of material thickness „--- "
is displayed and by pressing the
torch key „E00" shows up. Welding
is not possible at activated charac-
teristic line and set welding step.
Reset setting
Master reset
Attention All personal settings

All welding and secondary para-
meters are reset to their factory
settings.
Turn the unit OFF using main switch 9.
Press the mode key 60 and keep it pres-
sed.
Turn the unit ON using main switch 9.
All symbols and displays will light up
shortly to confirm reset.
As long as there is an error code
