Symptom
LED mains 37 and LED malfunc-
tion 35 are not lit
LED mains 37 is lit and LED mal-
function 35 flashes
LED mains 37 is lit, but no welding

Communication with EEProm faulty
Duty cycle exceeded
Fan defective
Power section start-up faulty
Current sensor defective
Mains voltage too high
Fault internal supply voltage
Remote control, torch or connections

Cause
mains fuse defect
neutral, mains phase missing
machine error
ground cable not connected or de-
fect
electrode holder or torch not con-
nected or defect
machine is overheated, ED ex-
ceeded
Remedy
Switch machine off and on again, exe-
cute master reset
Allow switched-on machine to cool down
for a few minutes.
Switch unit off and on, fan must start up
for a short period, inform service.
