head nuts.

the central-side screw, which fastens
the cylinder to the crankcase.

•Place the timing chain on the pinion.
•Fit the pinion on the camshaft by
inserting the phasing "mark" (E – F.37)

•Let the chain "jump" in order to align
the reference mark (C) on the pinion
with the fixed reference mark (D) on
the head.

•Positionner la chaîne de distribution
sur le pignon.
•Monter le pignon sur l'arbre à cames
en introduisant la "niche" (E - F. 37)
de calage, dans le fraisage (F - F.38).
•Faire "sauter" la chaîne pour aligner
le repère (C) sur le pignon, avec le
r e p è r e f i x e ( D ) s u r l a t ê t e .

plus possible la chaîne de distribution
sur le côté de l'échappement.
Placer le point de référence (C) sur le
pignon de l'arbre à cames en face du

•Colocar la cadena de distribución
sobre el piñón.
•Montar el piñón en el árbol de levas
encastrando el "encaje" (E – F.37) de
puesta en fase, en el fresado (F –
F . 3 8 ) .
•Hacer "saltar" la cadena con la
finalidad de alinear la referencia (C)
en el piñón, con la referencia fija (D)

piñón del árbol de levas, mantener la
cadena de distribución lo más tensa
posible en el lado del escape.
Alinear el punto de referencia (C)
situado sobre el árbol de levas con el
