Take a new wire rope  (104)
(longer version) from the HL frame box. Feed the new
wire rope  (104) through the holder for the deflection
roller  (101R/101L) to the drum of the HL  torsion
spring shaft and clip it on, e.g. by means of clamping
jaws.
4.7.10 HL – Premounting the bottom section
Follow the instructions and illustrations of chapter:
4.5.1 - Premounting the bottom section
4.7.11 HL – Mounting the bottom section
Follow the instructions and illustrations of chapter:
4.5.2 - Mounting the bottom section
4.7.12 HL – Fasten the wire rope to the cable

, Page A18. In order to mount the wire
rope (104) to the cable drum, pull the wire rope (104)
through the groove of the cable drum while maintain-
ing the tension of the wire rope (104).

Additional assembly options for hand
operation
4.8.1 Mounting the manual cable
Risk of injury caused by
WARNING
strangulating limbs
If manual cable and door drive are both
installed in the system, there is a risk of
limbs getting caught and strangulated
by the manual cable when moving the
door.
If the door drive is already installed
or shall be installed, the manual
cable must not be mounted!
Fig.
a
, Page A24. Mount the cable holder  (91) for
the manual cable  (96) on the bottommost door seg-
ment using the screws  (S10). In doing so, observe
the permissible torque of 10 Nm.
Fig.
b
Feed the manual cable  (96) through the re-
spective hole in the cable holder  (91) and secure it
with a knot.
Fig.
c
Suspend the manual cable  (96) on the con-
necting plate (18).
4.8.2 Mounting the rail clamps
Manually open the door and mark the end position of
the uppermost track roller  (90R/L). Fig.
A25. Close the door and mount the rail clamps  (89)
with the screws (S7) on the marked position. Fig.
Note that the distances from the rearmost position to
the rearmost end of the clamp are identical on both
sides.
4.8.3 Mounting the bolt plate
Close the door from the inside and fix it with clamping
jaws. Afterwards, hold the bolt plate  (93R/93L) onto
the locking bolt  (79) on the right and left side and
mark the positions.
Fig.
a
, Page A25. Using the screws  (S17), screw
the bolt plate  (93R/93L) into both respective rectan-
gular holes (rear row of holes) of the angle
frame (1R/1L).
Check the locking by opening and closing the door
several times. For closing, the locking bolt  (79) al-
ways
has
to
fully
plate (93R/93L). If required, the position has to be ad-
justed by shifting the bolt plate (93R/93L) vertically.

Additionally mount a securing bracket (94) to
the bolt plate (93R/93L) and the angle frame (1R/1L)
by means of the screws (S17 + S12).
