Adjustments in case of malfunctions

•
1.) Adjustment of the throttle „B"
Malfunction:
Vacuum pump does not start.
Background:
Various malfunctions can occur, particularly with carrier equipment (excavators) with very high oil flow rates (more than
50 l/min).
Remedy:
Open the throttle valve "B" (turn the adjusting screw counter clockwise), so that part of the high oil flow is lead

directly to the return flow (until 50 bar is available again at the pressure gauge).

2.) Adjustment of the throttle valve "B"
Malfunction:
The vacuum pump does not start despite the oil flow on "P".
Background:
At higher back pressure in return "T", the oil flow in front of the motor is stopped to protect the motor (22400004) from
damage.
Remedy:
Open the throttle valve "B" (turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise) so that part of the high oil flow is lead directly
to the return line "T".
Changing the preset operating pressure (at closing valve "C") is prohibited!
If problems should occur during commissioning despite these setting instructions, please contact the
manufacturer.
