Maintenance sintervals

The yearly inspection shall be made by a qualified specialist.
Inspect safety features
•
Vacuum gauge
•
Check that warning light flashes at correct
underpressure/overpressure values
- Visual inspection of load securing chain 1)
Inspect vacuum filter and replace if necessary
Are the vacuum hoses in good condition (not brittle, not kinked, no
worn sections and no leaks)?
Are all connections (hose clamps, etc.) tight?
Are type, load capacity and warning signs in a complete and legible
condition?
Are the operating and maintenance instructions available and are
operators familiar with them?
Check all load-bearing parts (e.g. suspension) for deformation, wear
or other damage.
Clean suction plate / Inspect for cracks,
evenness of sealing lip, etc. Replace if necessary
Has the test label been updated?
General condition of the device
Leak test
Draining the condensation water
Condition of load securing chain 1)

Once the load has been held by the load securing chain, the load securing chain must be properly tested and replaced if
necessary. Damaged load-securing chains must not be used any further!!
