The following figures are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily correspond to the design of

1. Throttle/braking lever released, vehicle coasts to a stop (or does not move, if required, correct trimming), lever is
in neutral position
2. Driving forwards, gently pull the throttle/brake lever towards the handle
3. Driving forwards and then braking (vehicle decelerates; does not roll slowly to a halt); slide throttle/brake lever
away from the grip
4. Driving forwards and then going into reverse (wait briefly before changing (approx. 1 - 2 seconds) with the throttle/
brake lever in the neutral position!)
Stop driving straight away when you notice unusual responses from the vehicle to the control commands
on the transmitter or when the vehicle no longer responds. This behaviour could be caused by a weak drive
battery, weak batteries in the transmitter or by the distance between vehicle and transmitter being too large.
A coiled/damaged receiver aerial, disturbances on the radio channel used (e.g. other models, radio trans-
missions from other devices, Bluetooth
be a cause of the unusual vehicle responses.
As the receiver on the vehicle is supplied with power by the speed controller/drive battery, a weak or empty
drive battery could lead to unintentional vehicle movements (e.g. jerking of the steering servo etc.).
For example, the voltage at the drive battery drops momentarily at full throttle and so the receiver no longer
receives the required operating voltage. The vehicle will accelerate, but the steering servo does not react
correctly. Stop operating the vehicle immediately and use a new, fully charged drive battery.
