Changing the hydraulic oil
Special tool:
Hexagon socket wrench

n Wrench
n Filter key
Pre-requisites
The engine is switched off and cold.
n
n The hydraulic oil is cold.

1. Loosen the screws (Fig. 67/1) of the base-
plate with a wrench.

2. Loosen the drain screws (Fig. 68/1, 3, 4)
with a hexagon socket wrench.
3. Drain the hydraulic oil.
4. Loosen the old oil filter with the filter key
(Fig. 68/2).
5. New oil filter; coat the gasket with hydraulic
oil, screw in the oil filter and tighten it with
10 Nm.
6. Tighten the drain screws (Fig. 68/1, 3, 4).
7. Install the baseplate.
8. Move the machine to a horizontal position.
9. Loosen the cover of the expansion vessel.
10. Add hydraulic oil.

11. Bleed the hydraulic system (
the hydraulic system" on page 51).
12. Check the hydraulic oil level and top up if
necessary.
