Travel drive rotary grip

The direction of travel (forwards or reverse) and
the speed are set using the travel drive rotary
grip (Fig. 32/1). The harder the travel drive rotary
grip is turned, the faster the machine travels.
Positions:

Position "0" : The machine stops.
n
Turn rotary grip to the left: The machine
travels in reverse.
n
Turn rotary grip to the right: The machine
travels forwards

The engine speed is regulated using the acceler-
ator lever (Fig. 33/1):
Push lever upwards: The engine speed

increases.
n
Lever in the centre position: Idling mixture.
n
Push the lever all the way down: The engine
stops.

dlebar ends can be adjusted to an ergonomically
favourable position according to the height of the
user.
