12. Description of Functions

a) "Weather" Function (Icon "

Select the "weather" function with the "–" (6) and "+" (7) buttons in the weather station basic display.
The respective icon (see above) flashes.
The following settings and displays are available:
 Switch display
Briefly press the "SET" button (2) for switching between:
• Display of barometric pressure at sea level (in the "SEA LEVEL" display)
• Display of barometric pressure at the level set by you ("LOCAL")
• Altitude display
 Set/Correct Barometric Pressure at Sea Level
When the barometric pressure at sea level is displayed (in the "SEA LEVEL" display), you may configure it e.g. when
the current barometric pressure for your location is known (from radio, TV or internet).
• Hold the "SET" button (2) until the barometric pressure value starts flashing.
• Adjust the value with the "–" (6) or "+" (7) buttons.
• To save the settings, briefly press the "SET" button (2).
 Select Barometric Pressure Units (mmHg, hPa/mBar or InHg)
When the barometric pressure at sea level is displayed (in the "SEA LEVEL" display), you may select the display
units.
• Press the "MEM" button (3) until the current unit (e.g. hPa/mBar) flashes.
• Select the barometric pressure unit (mmHg, hPa/mBar or InHg) with the "–" (6) or "+" (7) buttons.
• To save the settings, briefly press the "MEM" button (3).
 Set/Correct Altitude
When altitude is displayed, you may correct it, e.g. when you did not do so at initial installation or if you have a more
accurate value for your location.
• Repeatedly press the "SET" button (2) briefly until the altitude is displayed.
• Keep the "SET" button (2) pressed until the altitude value starts flashing.
• Adjust the value with the "–" (6) or "+" (7) buttons. For a quick adjustment, hold the corresponding button for a longer
period of time.
• To save the settings, briefly press the "SET" button (2).
 Select Altitude Units ("meter" or "feet")
When the altitude is displayed (if required, press "SET" (2) briefly several times), you may select the units for display.
• Keep the "MEM" button (3) pressed until the current unit (e.g. "meter") flashes.
• Select the altitude unit ("meter" or "feet") with the "–" (6) or "+" (7) buttons.
• To save the settings, briefly press the "MEM" button (3).
