• The weather station measures barometric pressure and shows it in the display (e.g. "1016.4 hPa/mBar").
• Then the radio mast icon for the DCF reception flashes in the display.
Bad reception

The detection of the DCF signal and its evaluation can last a few minutes. If a good reception position
was found, do not move the weather station during that time. Do not press any buttons on the weather
station.
Do not place the weather station next to electric/electronic devices; do not place it near cables, plugs
or metallic parts.
A bad reception can also be caused by, e.g. metallised insulated glass, reinforced concrete construction
design, coated special wallpaper or an installation in cellars.

• After proper recognition of the DCF signal and evaluation, the time and weekday are displayed.
• If no measured values of the temperature/humidity sensor are displayed in the upper right of the display, perform
a manual search for all outdoor sensors.
Keep the "–" button (6) pressed until the icon for radio reception flashes in the upper area of the display.
The sensor search can take several minutes. Do not press any buttons on the weather station during this time, and
do not move the weather station. When the icon no longer flashes, the sensor search is completed.
• The two bases (10) on the back of the weather station can be extended and used to set it up in a suitable position.
The bases (10) can be folded in for wall installation (opening (14) at the back of the weather station).
For placing/installation, select a place that is not exposed to direct sunlight (this will cause wrong measured values
for inner temperature/humidity). Also keep sufficient distance to heaters, windows or doors.
For good radio reception, the weather station should be as far as possible from electric/electronic devices, metal
parts, cables, etc.
Protect expensive furniture surfaces with suitable pads. Otherwise, they may be scratched.
