8.2 Using a tripod or camera mount

The SECACAM Pro has a ¼ inch tripod thread built in its base plate and on
its top. This allows you to attach the SECACAM Pro to a variety of tripods,
wall or tree mounts.
Use as surveillance camera:
veillance, the bird's eye view is a good choice. If the camera is placed at
eye level, it could easily be spotted. At a height of eight to ten feet (2.50m
to 3.00m) the camera is not in the direct fi eld of vision and is not easily
accessible for possible intruders.
Use as trail and game camera:
best height to position the camera is at about waist height and slightly
pointed downwards.
