Fault description
1. Computer host and
display indicators do not
come on.
2. Display does not show
anything.
3. Fail to print or print
quality is poor.
4. Computer host cannot
find any camera.
5. Flash plate light does not
come on.
6. Camera cannot capture
any target board.
7. Camera works normally
and can capture target
board, but vehicle pushing
arrow does not appear.
8. Both left and right vehicle
pushing arrows keep
flashing in the process of
vehicle pushing.
9. Linkage function of lift &
aligner cannot be achieved.

Common faults and solutions
Possible causes
a. Power is not connected.
b. Power switch is not switched on.
c. Power or cable is damaged.
a. Display is not switched on.
b. Connecting cable between display and computer host
is faulty.
c. Display is damaged.
a. Printer is not switched on.
b. Printer paper has run out.
c. Printer is improperly set up.
d. Ink cartridge is empty.
a. Camera is improperly set up.
b. Connecting cable between camera and computer host
is faulty.
c. The camera is faulty.
a. 12V switching power supply is not switched on.
b. Connecting cable between flash plate and switching
power supply is faulty.
c. 12V switching power supply is damaged.
d. Transmitting tube of flash plate is burnt out.
a. The surface of target board is dirty.
b. There is an obstacle between camera and target
board.
c. Camera fails to work.
d. Flash plate fails to work.
a. "Re-measure" button is not clicked during
measurement.
a. Calibration file at D:\Wheel is missing.
a. Check whether the camera identifies the target board
properly.
b. Check whether the connecting cable between the lift
and the aligner works properly.
c. Check whether the lift and THE aligner have been
adjusted to their absolute horizontal position.
d. Check whether the system parameters of the lift and
the aligner are set in the allowable range.

Solutions
a. Check power socket, fuse and cable connection.
a. Switch on display.
b. Check the connecting cable between computer
host and display, and replace the cable if it is
damaged.
c. Contact After-sales Service Department.
a. Power on the printer.
b. Load printer paper.
c. Reinstall printer driver.
d. Replace ink cartridge.
a. Reinstall camera driver.
b. Check the connecting cable between camera
and computer host, and replace the cable with a
new one if it is damaged.
c. Contact After-sales Service Department for
replacement of camera.
a. Switch on 12V switching power supply.
b. Check the cable, and replace it if it is damaged.
c. Replace 12V switching power supply.
d. Replace with new flash plate.
a. Remove dirt with special cleaning tool.
b. Remove the obstacle between camera and
target board.
c. Do troubleshooting according to Fault
description 4 listed in this table.
d. Do troubleshooting according to Fault
description 5 listed in this table.
a. Go back to the previous step, click "Re-measure"
button, and then click "Next" button.
a. Contact After-sales Service Department to
obtain this file.
a. Do troubleshooting according to Fault
description 6 listed in this table.
b. If not, check the connecting cable between the
lift and the aligner.
c. If not, re-adjust the lift and the aligner to their
absolute horizontal position.
d. Reset the system parameters according to the
actual situation on site.
