Chapter V Packaging
Since the wheel aligner is a precision measuring instrument, its soft packaging shall be soft enough, and its rigid packaging shall be rigid
enough.
The specific packaging steps are as follows: wrap the single item in multiple layers of EPE (depending on the specific condition of the
item), and then fasten them with the adhesive tape or stretch film tightly. After the soft packaging of the cross beam is completed,
the cross beam placed in the wooden case and the lens shades on both ends shall not have come into contact with the wooden case.
The cabinet shall be fixed to the base of the wooden case. Cut the foam block into the size of the wooden case (the thickness of the
foam block depends on the specific condition of the item), put the foam block and the well-packaged single item into the wooden case
successively, put the filler into the wooden case to prevent the item from shaking in the case, put the cover plate made of foam block in
there, properly fix the upper cover plate of the wooden case, and then make such marks as "Fragile", "No collision" and "Keep
off rain" that must be noted during handling and transportation on the wooden case. (The figure shown below is for reference only.)
