1.2 Precautions for wheel aligner
a.Carefully read and keep all the accompanied data, and comprehensively understand the usage and precautions for the wheel aligner.
b.The wheel aligner with computer is a precision instrument and someone shall be designated for its management and use.
c.It is not allowed to load other software or hardware into the special computer of the wheel aligner, or to delete or modify the applications
in the computer at will; non-maintenance personnel must not tamper with the computer.
d.Requirements for power supply:
1.The wheel aligner uses single-phase AC200-AC240V/50 HZ power. Too low or too high voltage may lead to instability or even burn-out of
the wheel aligner. Therefore, it is best to use a voltage regulator and a UPS.
2.The three-pin power plug and socket with ground protection shall be used to ensure personal safety and equipment stability.
3.After the wheel aligner with computer is switched off, the socket power shall also be switched off to avoid causing damage to the wheel
aligner by grid peak load.
4.Special care must be taken that the relevant power equipment connected to the wheel aligner must comply with national electrical
standards, such as no overloading, safe lines, etc. Otherwise, such damage to the wheel aligner as burn-out may be caused, and SATA
assumes no responsibility for such damage.
5.The wires of the wheel aligner must not be connected or disconnected before the power is turned off.
e.Environmental requirements:
1.This wheel aligner is suitable for working at 0-40°C. If the working environment temperature is out of this range, the wheel aligner may
not work normally. Please take measures to maintain the working environment temperature within this range.
2.Be sure to facilitate heat dissipation of the computer during use. Do not place the computer near a heat source or in direct sunlight; keep
the wheel aligner well ventilated; do not block the heat dissipation holes in the host, display, etc.
3.The working position of the four-wheel aligner shall be moisture-proof and anti-corrosive. Working in the humid environment will
adversely affect the use of the computer. Always use a piece of non-woven cloth to wipe it or use a neutral detergent. Cut off the power
once any liquid is splashed over the computer accidentally. Wipe the computer with alcohol during cleaning.
4.Dust prevention measures shall be taken to ensure that the wheel aligner is clean so as to extend its service life.
5.Some components of the wheel aligner (such as the display) are sensitive to magnets. Therefore, do not place the computer and disk
near the magnet.
Operating Instruction for 3D Four-wheel Aligner
f.Precautions for the use of reflector: In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the aligner and the high-precision measurement,
please pay attention to the followings:
1.The reflector shall be protected from strong light or sunlight during use, otherwise, it will not work properly.
2.The reflector shall be placed in a dry, ventilated and safe place after use.
3.The surface of the reflector shall be periodically wiped clean with a piece of soft cloth.
4.The reflector shall be protected from vibration, impact and slipping off to avoid the damage to the sensing element.
5.The original structural parts must not be disassembled or modified without authorization.
6.The fixture must be securely mounted on the rim and protected by the rubber band.
