Remove the nut from the sensor.

While the sensor is still connected to the power supply, fix it
with a fastener in the beaker.
5.
When the sensor displays a stable value, take a sample with a
pipette from the beaker and perform a DPD-1 measurement.
6.
After the calibration, put back the sensor into the analytical mea-
surement chamber.
