TEDS module
Apply a supply voltage between one of
the excitation voltage lines and the corre-
sponding sense lead. The sense lead
then acts as the signal lead and the ex-
citation voltage line as the ground. If this
voltage is no longer present, the module
switches back to measurement mode, in
which it no longer interacts with the ex-
citation voltage or the measurement sig-
nal.
