POSSIBLE PROBLEMS DURING BAKING
Problem
Bread has risen too much.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The ventilation grille emits smoke

Check the plug connection.
Check for voltage, e.g. by connecting
another appliance.
Disconnect the cable from the socket.
Let the unit cool. Clean the heater.
After you remove the loaf, pour water in the
baking pan, let the kneading blade soak,
then clean it. Before mounting, lubricate
the spindle with edible oil or fat.
Disconnect the cable from the socket.
Open the lid, remove the baking pan, and
let the unit cool.
Check the position of the baking pan and
kneading blade.
Make sure the yeast does not get in contact
with the water or salt.
