7. The expected time of preparation will be displayed.
8. Select the required finish of the crust using the COLOR button:
LIGHT
MEDIUM
DARK
9. Set the approximate weight of the finished loaf using the LOAF button:
750 g, 1,000 g.
10. Set a delayed ON time using the TIME button. This will be added to the preparation time, i.e. the time of completion
of the selected program will be displayed. The maximum time that can be set is 13 hours.
Note: When using the delayed ON function, don't use perishable materials, e.g. eggs, fresh milk, fruits, onions.
11. Launch the preset program by pressing the START/STOP button. The blinking colon symbol will signal a running
program.
12. You may interrupt the process by pressing PAUSE. You may resume the process by pressing PAUSE again.
13. You may switch on the internal light using the LIGHT LAMP button, if you want to look through the peephole. The
light will go off after a couple of seconds.
14. If you press the CYCLE button during the preparation, and COLOR immediately after, you will activate or deactivate
the key lock that prevents unwanted changes of the program.
Note: The key lock will activate automatically, 5 minutes after the selected program begins.
15. After the program is complete, you will hear signal, and the unit will switched to the KEEP WARM mode. This mode
will last for 60 minutes, unless set otherwise.
16. By pressing the START/STOP button for a longer time, you will stop the running program and switch the unit to the
basic settings.
17. Disconnect the cable from the socket. Open the lid, take the baking pan by the holder, and release it by turning it
slightly to the left. Use kitchen gloves (potholders) when removing the baking pan. Proceed with caution to
avoid burning yourself.
18. Let the pan and its contents cool before you try to remove the loaf. Then use a soft scraper and release the parts stuck
to the baking pan.
19. Turn the pan upside down, and put it on a kitchen rack or clean working area. Remove the finished loaf of bread. Use
the supplied hook to remove the kneading blade.
20. Let the loaf cool for about 20 minutes before cutting. Use an electric slicer or serrated knife.
Note: In case of a blackout when a program is running that is shorter than 10 minutes, the unit will continue automatically
from the point of interruption. If the blackout is longer than 10 minutes, the unit will be reset. If the program is in the
rising stage, you may run the program again from the start. If the program is in a more advanced stage, we recommend
throwing away the dough, using new ingredients and running the selected program again, from the start.

PRACTICAL ADVICE

Finished bread can be kept in a plastic bag for 3 days at room temperature, or for 10 days in the fridge.
QUICK program – After the first kneading, unmixed remnants of flour or mixture may be left in the corners, which can
cause lumps in the dough. After the first kneading is finished, you may interrupt the running program by pressing the
PAUSE button, mixing these materials into the dough, and continuing by pressing PAUSE again.
ULTRA FAST program – This program enables baking as fast as within 1 hour, 38 minutes. Use water of a temperature
of 35-50 °C for this program. The dough will not rise at a lower temperature; a higher temperature would kill the yeast,
which may have major effect on the result.
JAM program – To achieve a good result, insert fruit that has been cut into small pieces.
