Product not folded completely
Damage to product due to unintentional unfolding
► Fold the frame fully so the product stays together securely and does not unfold on its own or due to inadvert­
ent external influences.
► For added stability, tie the frame tubes together with a cord.
The product can be prepared for storage or transportation in a passenger vehicle.
1) Set the product on its rear wheels and tilt it slightly to the back.
2) Press the tripod springs simultaneously on both crossbraces (see fig. 4) and fold up the frame completely in
the direction of the rear wheels (see fig. 19).
3) If necessary: Remove the 4 wheels together with the telescoping tubes (see fig. 5; see Page 29) to save
space.
4) For extended storage or transportation, put the product into the original carton.

7.4 Cleaning and Care

INFORMATION
Machine-cleaning and disinfecting the product is not recommended.
The product can be cleaned with a standard mild detergent.
Important information on cleaning
• Do not use any aggressive cleaners, solvents or hard brushes etc.

8 Maintenance

CAUTION
Damage to the product, unexpected noise or odours
Health problems for the user
► If any faults, defects or other hazards that can lead to personal injury are detected, the product must be taken
out of service immediately. This includes uncontrollable driving behaviour as well as sounds that are unexpec­
ted or previously not noted that deviate significantly from the state of the product at the time of delivery.
► Please contact your authorised dealer.
► Report damage to the product that may cause health problems for the user to Ottobock.
The function of the product should be checked before each use.

Check the product monthly for wear and damage.
•
• Replace all worn or damaged components immediately.
• Some maintenance tasks can be carried out to a certain extent by the user at home (see the section "Mainten­
ance intervals").
• The manufacturer also recommends regular maintenance every 12 months by authorised, qualified personnel.
• Service and repairs may only be carried out by authorised, qualified personnel or the manufacturer. This will
ensure that only Ottobock spare parts are used for repairs.
