Caution when using defrosting sprays:
S Defrosting sprays may form explosive
gases.
S Defrosting sprays may contain solvents
or propellants which attack plastic.
S Defrosting sprays may be a health
hazard.
Observe the manufacturer's
specifications.
Refrigerator and cool fresh
compartments defrost fully
automatically
While the refrigerating unit is running,
condensation forms on the rear of the
refrigerator compartment. This is quite
normal. It is not necessary to wipe off the
condensation or the hoarfrost. The rear
panel defrosts automatically. The
condensation runs down the
condensation channel Fig. 0 to the
refrigerating unit where it evaporates.
Note! To ensure that the condensation
flow is not obstructed, keep the
condensation channel and drain hole
clean Fig. 0.

Cleaning the appliance
1. Warning! Pull out the mains plug or
disconnect the fuse!
2. Wipe the door seal with clean water
only and then dry thoroughly.
3. Clean the appliance with lukewarm
water and a little washing up liquid.
Water must NOT drip onto the light

4. After cleaning, reconnect the appliance
and switch ON.
Cleaning the cool
fresh compartment
Before cleaning, remove all drawers and
telescopic rails from the cool fresh
compartment.
Removing the drawers
Pull out the drawers all the way, lift up and
remove Fig. q.
When inserting the drawers, place them
on the telescopic rails and slide in
(drawers lock onto the telescopic rails).
Removing the telescopic rails

Pull the release catches in the direction of
the arrow, pull the telescopic rails
forwards, lift up and remove.
When inserting the telescopic rails, first
slide them into the rear opening, then into
the lower opening and press down until
they lock into position.
Removing the humidity filter
Even the humidity filter Fig. 1/8 situated
above the high humidity drawer can be
removed for cleaning. First remove the
high humidity drawer, then pull out the
humidity filter.
