Arranging food in the
appliance
Making use of different
temperature zones
The circulation of air within the refrigerator
section gives rise to different temperature
zones.
S The coldest zones are up against the
rear wall and just above the bottom
shelf.
S The warmest zone is at the very top, in
front of the door.
Keep items such as cheese and butter
in the warmest zone. This will mean that
butter remains easy to spread.
We recommend arranging the food
as follows:
S In the freezer compartment: Frozen
food, ice cubes, ice cream
S On the fridge shelves: Baked
products, ready meals, fruit and
vegetables sensitive to cold
S In the fresh product drawers
cold safe": Dairy products, meat and
sausage.
S In the fresh product drawer
cold+fresh safe": Vegetables, salad,
fruit
S In the door (from top to bottom): butter,
cheese, eggs, tubes, small bottles, large
bottles, milk, juice cartons
