GENERAL OVERVIEW
General Information
User settings are made by two knobs located right and left ,function selection knob and temperature
and time settings knob.
COOKING FUNCTION SELECTOR
The Function selector stays for selecting cooking functions. An Encoder is coupled to the cooking
function selector, which sends position data to the control board and the selected function is
symbolized on the Cooking Function Display.
TEMPERATURE AND TIME SETTING ( NAVIGATOR )
Temperature can be set when navigator knob turned without pressed. Time can be set when
navigator knob turned with pressed.
COOKING FUNCTION DISPLAY
Note: Mentioned cooking functions are proposed and implemented on the function selector ENC-
F00, however customization is possible by ordering a special function selector–matching software
and modifying the front panel glass printing accordingly.
