Volume Adjustment
Volume of tones can be adjusted by using the Speaker Volume Control knob
located on the back panel of the Generator.
After Surgery
1. Withdraw Probe from the patient. Be sure that the Probe is NOT
activated during withdrawal.
2. Unplug the Probe from the Generator
3. Properly dispose of single-use Probes.
Operating the SERFAS Energy System with
the iSwitch:
Warning When the SERFAS Energy System is interconnected with other
medical electrical equipment, leakage currents may be
additive. To minimize total patient leakage current, any Type
CF applied part should be used together with other Type CF
applied parts. Ensure all systems are installed according to the
requirements of IEC 60601-1-1.
Refer to iSwitch Operating and Maintenance Manual P/N 1000-400-700 for
instructions for operating the iSwitch with the SERFAS Energy Generator.
