Adjust the recording level using the REC LEVEL
controls.
Don't let the recording level to reach the red
The maximum recording level should be in this area.
When you're happy with the recording level, stop the source
material.
The outer ring controls the left record level;
the inner dial controls the right. Usually, set
both at the same level so that the relative
levels match the source.

Check that the time display reads 00:00, then
press 8 (pause) or 3 (play) to start recording.
If the recorder was in monitor mode, you'll need to press
RECORD ¶ here, then 8 (pause) or 3 (play) to start
recording.

Restart playback of the source material.
If the

recorder will start a new track each time it detects a signal after
at least two seconds of continuous silence. (To switch off auto
track numbering see page 48.)

When you're done, press 7 (stop).
After pressing 7 (stop), the display shows
while it records the track information to the disc.

Ajustez le niveau d'enregistrement avec les
commandes REC LEVEL.
Ne laissez pas le niveau d'enregistrement atteindre l'indicateur
rouge!

Le niveau d'enregistrement maximum doit être dans cette zone.
Si le niveau d'enregistrement vous convient, arrêtez le matériau
de source.
La bague externe contrôle le niveau
d'enregistrement gauche, et la bague interne
le niveau d'enregistrement droit.
Normalement, réglez les deux au même
niveau de sorte que les niveaux relatifs
correspondent à la source.
Vérifiez que l'affichage de temps indique 00:00,
puis pressez 8 (pause) ou 3 (lecture) pour
démarrer l'enregistrement.
Si l'enregistreur était en mode de surveillance, appuyez sur la
touche RECORD ¶ ici, puis que 8 (pause) ou 3 (lecture) pour
démarrer l'enregistrement.
Redémarrez l'enregistrement du matériau de
source.
Si l'indicateur

l'enregistreur démarrera une nouvelle plage chaque fois qu'il
détectera un signal après au moins deux secondes de silence
continu. (Pour désactiver la numérotation automatique des
plages, voir la page 48.)
L'opération terminée, pressez 7 (arrêt).
Après la pression de 7 (arrêt), l'afficheur indique
pendant l'enregistrement des informations de la
