Calling customer service
q If you are unable to eliminate the fault
by yourself, having consulted the
chapter on Eliminating minor
faults by yourself", please call
customer service.
q Warning:
NEVER repair the appliance or the
electrical components yourself!
Repairs done by other than
qualified technicians may put
the user in considerable danger.
q Until customer service arrives:
To prevent the temperature of the
appliance from increasing, do not
open the appliance door unless
absolutely necessary.
q Keep the rating plate
specifications (Fig. X) to hand:
When calling customer service
please quote:
- the product number (E Nr.)
of the appliance and
- the production number (FD Nr.)
of the appliance.
You will find these details on the
rating plate at the bottom of the
refrigerating zone on the right hand
side (Fig. X).
q The telephone number of customer
service can be found in the telephone
directory or in the customer service
directory.
