Safety information

Before you use the appliance:
q Please read the operating and
installation instructions carefully!
They contain important information
on how to install, use and maintain
the appliance.
q The manufacturer is not liable if you
fail to comply with the instructions
and warnings in the operating
manual. Please retain these
operating and installation instructions
as they may be required by
a subsequent appliance user.
Observe safety procedures
when installing and
connecting the appliance
q Make sure that the appliance
cannot topple over
Before the doors are opened the
anti tilt device must be installed
on the appliance (see installation
manual)
q Draw out pull out bottle racks
individually otherwise there is
a danger of the appliance
toppling over.
q Install and connect the appliance as
described in the installation manual.
The connected loads of the power
supply (voltage, current type and
frequency) must correspond to the
specifications on the rating plate.
The rating plate can be found in the
appliance at the bottom right hand
side in the wine storage
compartment (Fig. X).

q The electrical safety of the appliance
is not guaranteed unless the
earthing system in the building
electrical system has been correctly
installed.
q Do NOT switch on a damaged
appliance. If in doubt, contact the
supplier.
q Ensure that the refrigeration tubing
is not damaged during transportation
and installation. Leaking refrigerant
may cause eye injuries.
q Do NOT cover or block the ventilation
slots! (If carrying out modification
work, do NOT reduce the size of the
slots).
q Do not operate the appliance until
it has been installed. Otherwise, the
appliance could tilt forwards when
the doors are opened.
q The appliance may only be moved
when it is empty. The sole purpose
of the integrated rollers is to aid
installation of the refrigerator, i.e. they
are NOT suitable for conveying the
appliance over a distance of more
than about 4 m. The appliance may
also be damaged if it is conveyed
over an uneven or excessively soft
surface.
