The set final temperature for
tempering can be seen for 5 seconds
by briefly pressing the appropriate
button of the tempering
compartment

After reaching the desired
temperature in the tempering area
the dot (.) will disappear from the
display v/8 or v/9.
Interrupting the tempering
process separately in each area:
An interruption occurs if the
temperature is set anew (see "Set
the temperature in ...." in the
chapter Switching functions).
The dot (.) disappears in the display
v/8 or v/9.
Note:
q Getting wine to the right temperature
must be done carefully.
q Red wine must not be placed in hot
water or on the heating.
q Do not put white wines into the
freezer compartment or directly into
a very cold refrigerator in order to
attain the right temperature quickly.

Humidity
The cork in a bottle of wine has an
operating range of about 50 % to 100 %
relative humidity.
It is sufficient if the relative humidity in
the appliance stays in the range 50 % to
80 %. Briefly exceeding or falling below
this range is insignificant.
Our appliance provides the means to
attain a higher humidity and fewer
variations in humidity in all three areas:
a) Tasting compartment above or
b) Tasting compartment below or
c) Wine storage compartment.
Note:
This feature causes the power
consumption of the appliance to
increase slightly.
Humidity in all three areas:
a) Switch on
Press the button
until the letter H (=humidity) appears
in the display v/8. The letter H
remains on display until you switch
this function off.
b) Switch off
Press the button
until the letter H disappears from the
display v/8.
