3 | Operation

3.1 | System Start-up

Please ensure that the display unit is connected to the interface box by
means of the supplied cable (delivery status).
• Connect an analog or digital signal source to the interface box. Please
refer to the corresponding notes in the 2 | Installation chapter as well
as in the 3.2 | Signal Sources section (see below).
• Connect the specifi ed power supply to the interface box. Use the
mains adaptor RTW 1178-R supplied with the TM3 Smart.
• Connect the power supply to the mains supply. After a short boot-up
sequence, the TouchMonitor TM3 Smart will be ready for use.
