3.11 CONSIGLI UTILI PER

Profondità insufficiente
a) Rivedere la regolazione e posizione
rullo o delle slitte di profondità.
b) Avanzare più lentamente, la potenza
del trattore potrebbe essere insuffi-
ciente.
c) Se il terreno è troppo duro sono ne-
cessari ulteriori passaggi.
d) I coltelli strisciano sul terreno invece di
penetrare: avanzare più lentamente.
Eccessivo sminuzzamento del terreno
a) Abbassare la velocità dei rotori porta-
coltelli.
b) Aumentare la velocità d'avanzamento.
Scarso sminuzzamento del terreno
a) Aumentare la velocità dei rotori por-
tacoltelli.
b) Ridurre la velocità d'avanzamento.
c) Non lavorare in terreno troppo bagnato.
d) Negli erpici dove c'è la barra livellatri-
ce, abbassare od alzare questa in
modo da contenere le zolle vicino ai
coltelli.
Intasamento dei rotori
a) Terreno troppo bagnato per lavorare.
b) Sollevare la barra livellatrice.
c) Ridurre la velocità d'avanzamento.
L'erpice rimbalza sul terreno o vibra
a) Corpi estranei bloccati fra i coltelli.
b) Coltelli montati non correttamente o
con il bordo non tagliente che pene-
tra per primo nel terreno.
c) Coltelli consumati o rotti.
Altri inconvenienti
L'erpice non lavora alla stessa profondi-
tà su tutta la larghezza. Ad esempio, la-
vora troppo profondamente sul lato de-
stro. Accorciare il braccio destro del sol-
levatore e verificare regolazioni posizio-
ne rullo o slitta destra e posizione barra
livellatrice.
Lavoro in collina
Se possibile procedere «salendo» nel
senso della pendenza. Se non è possibi-

Insufficient depth
a) Check the adjustment and position of
the roller or depth skids.
b) Advance more slowly. The tractor
power may be insufficient.
c) Further runs will be required if the soil
is too hard.
d) The tines rub along the soil instead
of penetrating it. Advance more slowly.
Excessively crumbled soil
a) Lower the speed of the tine rotors.
b) Increase the advancement speed.
Insufficiently crumbled soil
a) Increase the speed of the tine rotors.
b) Reduce the advancement speed.
c) Do not work in excessively wet soils.
d) If the harrow has a levelling bar, lower
or raise this in order to keep the clods
near the tines.
Clogged rotors
a) Excessively wet soil.
b) Lift the levelling bar.
c) Lower the advancement speed.
The harrow jumps over the soil or vi-
brates
a) Foreign bodies locked between the
tines.
b) Incorrectly mounted tines, or the blunt
edges of the tines penetrating the soil
first.
c) Worn or broken tines.
Other faults
The harrow fails to work at the same
depth along its entire width. For exam-
ple, it works too deeply on the right-hand
side. Shorten the right lift link and check
the position adjustment of the right-hand
skid or roller and the position of the lev-
elling bar.
Working on slopes
If possible, proceed by ascending up the
slope. If this is not possible, avoid work-

Unzureichende Arbeitstiefe
a) Die Einstellung und Position der Wal-
ze oder der Tiefelregulierkufen prüfen.
b) Langsamer fahren, weil die Leistung
des Schleppers unzureichend sein
könnte.
c) Wenn der Boden zu hart ist, kann es
erforderlich sein, ihn mehrmals zu
bearbeiten.
d) Die Messer streichen über den Boden
anstatt einzudringen: langsamer fahren.
Der Boden wird zu stark zerkleinert
a) Die Drehgeschwindigkeit der Messer-
rotoren senken.
b) Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit ist zu klein.
Schneller fahren.
Der Boden wird nicht ausreichend zer-
kleinert
a) Die Drehgeschwindigkeit der Messer-
rotoren erhöhen.
b) Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit senken.
c) Nicht auf zu naßem Gelände arbeiten.
d) Bei Krümlern mit Planierbalken ist die-
ser zu heben oder zu senken, damit
die Erdschollen in der Nähe der Mes-
ser bleiben.
Rotoren verstopft
a) Der Boden ist zu feucht zum Bearbeiten.
b) Den Planierbalken heben.
c) Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit senken.
Der Krümler springt hoch oder schwingt
a) Es sitzen Fremdkörper zwischen den
Messern.
b) Die Messer sind nicht richtig montiert
oder die Messerseite ohne Schneide
dringt zuerst in den Boden ein.
c) Messer verschlissen oder beschädigt.
Andere Störungen
Der Krümler arbeitet auf die gesamte
Breite gesehen nicht in der gleichen Tie-
fe. Er arbeitet beispielsweise auf der
rechten Seite zu tief. Dann den rechten
Arm des Krafthebers verkürzen und die
Einstellungen der Walze oder der Kufen
auf der rechten Seite und die Position des
Planierbalkens prüfen.
Arbeiten in Hanglagen
Falls möglich, in der Richtung der Hang-

Emottage insuffisant du terrain
a) Augmentez la vitesse des rotors porte-
couteaux.
b) Diminuez la vitesse d'avancement.
c) Ne travaillez pas sur un terrain trempé.
d) Sur les herses avec barre niveleuse,
abaissez-la ou remontez-la de ma-
nière à retenir les mottes près des
couteaux.
Colmatage des rotors
a) Terrain trempé qui ne permet pas le
travail.
b) Soulevez la barre niveleuse.
c) Diminuez la vitesse d'avancement.
La herse saute sur le terrain ou vibre
a) Corps étrangers bloqués entre les
couteaux.
b) Couteaux mal montés ou avec le bord
non coupant qui pénètre en premier
dans le terrain.
c) Couteaux usés ou cassés.
Autres inconvénients
La herse ne travaille pas à la même pro-
fondeur sur toute la largeur. Elle travaille
par exemple trop en profondeur sur le
côté droit. Raccourcissez le tirant droit
du relevage et vérifiez les réglages de
position du rouleau ou du patin droit ainsi
que la position de la barre niveleuse.
Travail en colline
Si possible avancez «en remontant» la
pente. Dans le cas contraire évitez de

Profundidad insuficiente
a) Volver a controlar la regulación y la
posición del rodillo o de las guías de
profundidad.
b) Avanzar más lentamente: la potencia
del tractor podría resultar insuficiente.
c) Si el terreno es demasiado duro se
hacen necesarios ulteriores pasajes.
d) Las cuchillas se arrastran sobre el
terreno en vez de penetrar en él: avan-
zar más lentamente.
Desmenuzamiento excesivo del terreno
a) Bajar la velocidad de los rotores por-
ta-cuchillas.
b) Aumentar la velocidad de avance.
Escaso desmenuzamiento del terreno
a) Aumentar la velocidad de los rotores
porta-cuchillas.
b) Reducir la velocidad de avance.
c) No trabajar sobre terreno demasiado
mojado.
d) Usando gradas con barra niveladora,
bajarla o subirla para reducir los te-
rrones cerca de las cuchillas.
Obstrucción de los rotores
a) Terreno demasiado mojado para tra-
bajar.
b) Alzar la barra niveladora.
c) Reducir la velocidad de avance.
La grada rebota sobre el terreno o vibra
a) Cuerpos extraños bloqueados entre
las cuchillas.
b) Cuchillas montadas en modo no co-
rrecto o con el filo que penetra antes
que el resto en el terreno.
c) Cuchillas gastadas o rotas.
Otros inconvenientes
La grada no trabaja a la misma profundi-
dad en todo su ancho. Por ejemplo tra-
baja demasiado profundo sobre el lado
derecho. En este caso reducir la longi-
tud del brazo derecho del elevador y con-
trolar la regulación de la posición del ro-
dillo o guía derecha y la posición de la
barra niveladora.
Trabajo en colinas
Siempre que resulte posible proceder
«subiendo» en el sentido de la pendien-
