Product information
2.3.13 Temp. differential controller (M)
Freely-configurable temperature differential controller
(only available when the MS 200 is combined with the MS 100)
• A pump or a valve is controlled via the output signal depending on the
temperature differential between the temperature at the heat source
and at the heat sink and the switch-on/switch-off temperature
differential.
2.3.14 Cylinder 3 with valve (N)
3rd cylinder with high priority/low priority regulation via 3-way valves
• High priority cylinder selectable (1st cylinder - top left; 2nd cylinder
- bottom left; 3rd cylinder - top right).
• Cylinder charging only switches over to the low priority cylinder via
the 3-way valve if the high priority cylinder cannot be heated any
further.
• While the low priority cylinder is being heated, the solar pump is
switched off at adjustable test intervals for the duration of the test in
order to check whether the high priority cylinder can be heated up
(change-over check).
2.3.15 Pool (P)
Swimming pool function
Function such as Cylinder 2 with valve (B), Cylinder 2 with pump (C)
or Cylinder 3 with valve (N), but for the swimming pool.
This function is only available if function B, C or N has been added.
NOTICE: If the function Pool (P) is added, do not connect the pump
(circular filter pump) to the module under any circumstances. Connect
the pump to the swimming pool control system. It must be guaranteed
that the pool pump (circular filter pump) and the solar pump operate
simultaneously.

2.3.16 Ext. heat exchanger SP 3(Q)
Ext. heat exchanger for solar system at cylinder 3
• If the temperature at the heat exchanger exceeds the temperature of
cylinder 3, at the bottom, by the set switch-on temperature
differential, the cylinder primary pump will be activated. The frost
protection function for the heat exchanger is ensured.
This function is only available if function N has been added.
2.4
Description of the transfer systems and transfer
functions
The extension of a transfer system with additional functions can be
adapted to corresponding requirements. You will find examples of
possible transfer systems in the connection diagrams.
2.4.1
Transfer system(3)
Basic transfer system for transfer from a buffer cylinder to a DHW
cylinder
• If the temperature of the buffer cylinder (2nd cylinder left) exceeds
the temperature of the DHW cylinder at the bottom by the set switch-
on temperature differential (1st cylinder middle), then the cylinder
primary pump is activated for reloading.
This system is only available with the CS 200/SC300 user interface and
is configured via the transfer system settings.
2.4.2
Transfer system: Therm.dis./daily heat-up (A)
Thermal disinfection of DHW cylinder and the transfer station to avoid
legionella ( Drinking Water Ordinance [Germany])
• The entire volume of hot water and the transfer station is heated up
on a daily basis to the temperature that has been set for daily heat-up.
2.5
Description of the primary store systems and
functions
The primary store system transmits the heat from the heat source to the
DHW cylinder. The domestic hot water cylinder is heated up to the set
temperature directly.
Primary store system (4)
Basic primary store system for heating an IWS cylinder
