Wait until the saw is completely stopped
Setting:
•
Set the rotating disc to 0 degrees (if not done yet) and lock it with the pin (41)
•
Place the saw head upright (if not done yet) and lock it with the handle (43)
•
Set the auxiliary conductors in such a way (44), that they do not stick out from the
table (if not done yet).
•
Loosen the lock nut of the cavity blade (45) .
•
Flip the cavity blade down and tighten the lock nut.
•
To lock the height settings turn the hand wheel (47) a quart turn clockwise and lower
the saw head slowly until it is locked.
•
Turn the black plastic wheel 48a and lower the saw head completely.
The danger exists that you could get stuck when flipping the table. Do not
place your hands between the table and the sides. Hold the saw tight when
flipping the table, to avoid it falling to the other side 'just like that'. Ensure also
that the saw head is tightened and cannot turn by itself.
•
Slowly pull the T-handle (48) and let the saw flip slowly in a controlled manner to the
other side.
•
Unscrew bolt (49) with the spanner of 5 mm; remove the protective cap of the chip
catcher (50) of the saw table. Install the saw protective cap (51) on the cavity blade
(52). Unscrew the bolt first, align the perforations on the protective cap with those on
the cavity blade and fix the bolt through. Now tighten the nut while ensuring that the
saw blade runs freely.
•
Connect the opening for dust suction to an extractor.
•
If needed assemble the cavity conductor (53)
•
Now loosen the two clamp nuts (54), to adjust the pull-out part of the conductor. You
can place it on its side (broad edge, 55) or upright (narrow edge, 56).
•
If you wish to use the table saw for slanted sawing, a special conductor (99) is
available.
Working with the table saw

For normal scalloping the procedure is as follows:
Place the saw with the black plastic hand wheel at the required height (for complete saw
through always approx. 1 cm higher than the highest height of the work piece).
Now proceed as follows:
•
Hold / clasp the work piece against the conductor(s) and flat on the table
•
Switch engine on with green button, the saw starts running
•
Pull the unlock handle: the protective cap of the saw is retracted
•
Let the saw saw slowly through the work piece. Ensure that the speed of the engine
(you hear this by the pitch) does not decrease too much.
•
Saw completely through the work piece in one time.
•
If you are not planning to saw immediately again, switch the saw OFF.
•
Hang the stick in its place so as not to lose it.
