Activating or deactivating start-up and run-down times

The start-up and run-down times can be activated or deactivated as follows with the rotor at a standstill:
The setting can only be made via the operating unit (key position "0" or "LOCK 2"). The functions of the
various key positions are described in the "Key-operated switch" chapter.
