18. Troubleshooting instructions

In the event of any malfunctions or faults, please check the following before you contact your customer services.
Notes
Before you start any work on the door/gate, drive or controller, disconnect the system from the power supply and secure it to prevent it being switched
on again.
To identify a fault it may be helpful to disconnect and connected pulse generators (buttons, light barriers, etc.) so as to rule out potential sources of the
fault.

- Select a different code
- Tighten terminal screw
