The measurement stops if the heart
rate is too weak. Stretching or twi-
sting your arm can also
interrupt the measurement.
The monitor has been developed
for use when walking or jogging. If
you are involved in a type of sport
in which the arms are moved inten-
sively, e.g. during aerobics, erro-
neous values may be displayed.
The sensor is displaced or there is
heavy perspiration.
The pulse must exceed 90 beats
per minute to start the calculation.

Press START/STOP to restart the
