The recovery test measures your pulse at 8 fixed points in time and takes 5 minutes, during which the
pulse measurement must remain activated. You must not change the mode during the recovery test.
Start the recovery test with START/STOP. The test is carried out automatically. "On" appears. The
bottom right corner shows which of the 8 measurements has already been made. The test is en-
ded when "7" appears at bottom right. To end the recovery test prematurely, select "Off" with the
START/STOP button.
To call up the values recorded, first end all 8 measurements of the recovery test, deactivate the
pulse measurement and then go to sub-point "4" in the pulse mode. You can change between the
recorded values with the UP/LIGHT button.
Press MODE to exit the recovery test area.
Please note that with every check, the old values will be overwritten with the new ones. The values
are also lost when the battery is changed.

9. Display illumination

Keep the UP/LIGHT button pressed to switch on the display illumination. The illumination switches
off again automatically after about 4 seconds.
Note that the calorie consumption is deleted when you are in the calorie display with pulse measure-
ment activated and press the UP/LIGHT button.
10. Accessories
This heart rate monitor is delivered with a standard-size glove holder. As a result of the flexible
materials and shape, this glove holder will fit most adults. But in the event that it does not fit, for
example in the case of very large male hands, glove holders are available in the following sizes from
the service address or dealers.
