4 Scope of Delivery

The following single components and accessories are included in the scope of delivery in the spe­

5 Preparation for Use

CAUTION
Incorrect alignment, assembly or adjustment
Injuries may result from incorrectly assembled, incorrectly adjusted or damaged components
► Assembly, adjustment and maintenance operations may only be completed by qualified per­
sonnel.
► Observe the alignment, assembly and adjustment instructions.
Inform the patient.

5.1 Preparing the prosthetic socket
CAUTION
Using a wrong prosthetic socket
Contusions and pressure sores due to wrong socket fit
► Use the vacuum pump only in combination with an ischial containment prosthetic socket with
corresponding end load.
Mounting the Vacuum Connector
► Mount the 2R119 Vacuum Connector on the prosthetic socket according to the applicable

instructions for use.

5.2 Bench Alignment
+ = anterior placement / – = posterior placement (in relation to the alignment reference
line)

ment apparatus and install them in accordance with the instructions.
