CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT

NOTE:
9 Do not apply pressure more than specified
pressure.
9 Radiator should be filled fully.
4. Inspect:
9 Pressure
Impossible to maintain the specified pres-
sure for 10 seconds¡Repair.
9 Radiator 1
9 Radiator hose joint 2
Coolant leakage¡Repair or replace.
9 Radiator hose 3
Swelling¡Replace.

9 Clutch lever free play a
Out of specification¡Adjust.
Clutch lever free play a a :
2. Adjust:
9 Clutch lever free play
Clutch lever free play adjustment steps:
9 Loosen the locknut 1.
9 Turn the adjuster 2 until free play a is with-
in the specified limits.
9 Tighten the locknut.
NOTE:
9 Make minute adjustment on the lever side
using the adjuster 3.
9 After adjustment, check proper operation of
clutch lever.
