Starting the apparatus

On receipt of the apparatus, please check it for transport damage and report any damage to the transport company no later than
24 hours after delivery.
WARNING
Do not operate damaged apparatus under any circumstances!
6.1

Installation

WARNING
The apparatus must be installed in dry areas only and on a solid foundation so that it cannot be tipped.
Weight capacity of foundation: min. 20 kg.
Area: approx. 300 x 280 mm.
Before connecting the compressed air, check that the primary pressure is not more than 10 bar and not less than 4 bar.
Also ensure that the compressed air does not contain oil or water. The apparatus is connected to the air supply with a hose
∅
(internal 8 mm).

Description of Operation

During the injection process the mixed acrylic dough is pressed through the injection cylinder into the denture flask cavity
by the pressure plunger.
After the filling process is completed, the remaining denture acrylic will escape through the ventilation channel.
The ventilation channel is then sealed by the vent seal.
NOTE
Please watch for deviations when using heat-curing polymers.
The injection process runs automatically after setting the switch. We recommend the Palamat
for polymerizing the dentures.

Preparation

After connecting the compressed air, flip the switch down so that the pressure plunger releases the fill cylinder
(pressure plunger moves down). Move the pressure module to the rear as far as it will go. Remove the fill cylinder from the
apparatus by screwing anticlockwise and remove it. Unscrew the fill cylinder cover from the fill cylinder.
7.2

Investment

NOTE
Before embedding, make sure that both flask halves fit exactly (check for the same identification number).
